Osake Artisan SakeMaker enjoyed another amazing year at this year’s Vancouver International Wine Festival. Opportunities to meet and mingle with likeminded people in the industry and showcase our sake to the public are always rewarding, and this was no exception.

The sake offerings this year

This year we were pouring a variety of our sakes in a range of styles. The menu included our Junmai Nama Genshu, Junmai Nama Nigori, Junmai Sparkling Sake, and Fraser Valley Junmai Renaissance and Renaissance Nigori, and we nearly sold out of all of them.

Our line was very well received by connoisseurs and first-timers alike, in part because our different sakes are well-suited for different tastes, preferences, and food pairings.
